Luxiaur™ offers Free Global Shipping on all orders.
We aim to make every delivery as smooth and efficient as possible. Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days across Canada and the United States, and within 5–10 business days for international destinations.
Delivery times may vary based on location, customs, or other external factors, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

1. Shipping & Carrier Disclaimer

Estimated delivery dates provided by Luxiaur are non-binding. While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage in transit caused by factors beyond our control — including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Customs delays

  • Carrier or equipment issues

  • Flight disruptions or local strikes

  • Acts of God or other unforeseen events

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays caused by such circumstances.

2. Address Errors, Reroutes & Lost Shipments

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@luxiaur.com
Once your order has been shipped, changes or reroutes may incur additional carrier fees, which will be charged to the customer.

If an incorrect address results in a lost or misdelivered package, Luxiaur cannot be held responsible for replacement or reimbursement. We strongly encourage customers to verify their address before confirming their order.

3. Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.

4. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by your country’s authorities upon arrival.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Luxiaur has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

5. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
