Returns & Refunds Policy

At Luxiaur™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not entirely happy with an item purchased on www.luxiaur.com, we accept returns and offer refunds subject to the terms below.

Return address & instructions: Returns must be sent via tracked postage/courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept the full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns we do not receive will not qualify for replacement or refund. Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns (21 Days)

We offer a 21-day return window from the date you received your order for a change-of-mind return. Eligible returns may be refunded in full (excluding original delivery costs) or exchanged, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility conditions:

  • Item must be brand new, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all accessories, inserts, and tags.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components will be returned to you once you cover the redelivery cost.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • A valid Return Authorization (RMA) issued by Luxiaur is required for all returns.

To request an RMA: email hello@luxiaur.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

2. Exchanges (21 Days)

You may request an exchange within 21 days from the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.

Exchange terms:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in brand-new condition.

  • You may exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

  • You are responsible for all exchange shipping charges, unless the exchange is due to a defect or damage, in which case you remain responsible for the initial shipping charge.

  • All exchanged/returned items are inspected upon arrival at our facility.

Tip: We recommend taking clear photos of the item before shipping your exchange (for your protection). If emailing photos, please include your order number and the name of the Luxiaur representative (if any) you spoke with.

3) Items Arriving Damaged or Faulty

All orders leave our facility in brand-new, undamaged condition.

  • If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it (or refund in full if out of stock). We will also reimburse your return shipping costs—please email a copy of the return-postage receipt.

  • Claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us at hello@luxiaur.com with photos of the packaging and the item.

If your item is faulty under warranty, contact us at hello@luxiaur.com for guidance. Depending on the warranty assessment and availability, we will repair or replace (or refund if out of stock). Original delivery costs are excluded unless required by applicable law.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and verified as eligible under this policy, we will refund the price paid for the returned item(s):

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • We may deduct an amount to reflect any loss in value where goods show handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide proof of return (active tracking), whichever occurs first.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

  • For hygiene reasons, silk pillowcases and eye masks must be unopened and in their sealed original packaging to be eligible.

  • Shipping/insurance charges are non-refundable.

  • If a parcel is returned to Luxiaur due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can reship once you cover redelivery fees.
