Most orders are delivered within 2–3 business days across Canada and the United States, and within 5–10 business days for most international destinations.

While we strive to meet these estimated delivery times, they may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Disclaimer

Although we work closely with trusted shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These may include:

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays
  • Carrier operational or equipment issues
  • Flight disruptions or transportation delays
  • Local strikes or service interruptions
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

Luxiaur cannot be held responsible for shipping delays resulting from these circumstances, and shipping-related refunds will not be issued for delays beyond our control.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@luxiaur.com.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes or delivery reroutes may not be possible. Where available, any carrier fees associated with these changes will be the customer's responsibility.

Luxiaur cannot accept responsibility for orders lost or delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.


Returned Shipments

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply before your order can be sent again.


International Orders

We proudly ship to customers around the world.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed fees once they arrive in the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are determined by your local customs authority.
  • Are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs.
  • Remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

As customs regulations vary by country, Luxiaur is unable to estimate or control these charges.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment throughout its journey.
